[FLASH-BUGS] problems with downloading

Dear FLASH,

I have tried several times to donwload your newest version of FLASH 2.2.
Unfortunately, after being granted an access the system asked me again
to write my login name and password. Then, the access was granted and
so on. I was in an infinite loop. Would you mind telling me what is the problem?
