Jason-

Frost works with a queue system, so you can't just run things with
mpirun. Here's the link to the Fost/White web page:

Click on running jobs. Note that there is only one interactive queue,
so it can be challenging to get good use out of it.

I attached a batch script I use on Frost. You can use that as
a template to submit batch jobs. MOdify it to suit your needs,
and submit it with the command "psub flashrun.scr". Also
see the web page for info about the various batch commands
and limits.
